Jay Thompson (ey/em/eir) is a webmaster moonlighting as a stage manager.

Based in Washington, D.C., Jay maintains ISLE’s database and digital presence. Eir organizational skills led executive director Marvin Merritt IV to request em in the position of stage manager for 2024 play THEN WE’LL REST. Interested in becoming more involved with ISLE and escaping the D.C. summer heat, Jay happily accepted.

In eir free time, Jay enjoys crocheting, cooking, and playing farming RPGs.
